Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still in their original MADMIA packaging with all tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

  Submit Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive your Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely pack your items and clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package before sending it back to our warehouse via a tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Process and Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days, notifying you via email the moment it is complete.
